We are currently looking for a passionate and qualified Home Economics Teacher to join our vibrant team of educators in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and interactive Home Economics lessons covering nutrition, textiles, food management, and household science in accordance with the dual curriculum.
- Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles among primary and secondary students.
- Assess and evaluate student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support academic and personal growth.
- Promote a disciplined, positive, and inclusive classroom environment aligned with Islamic values and school policies.
- Organize practical sessions and exhibitions to showcase student projects in culinary arts, home management, and crafts.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school administration to enhance student development and school programs.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Home Economics Education, Food Science, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience delivering Home Economics within primary or secondary school settings.
- Strong subject knowledge with the ability to teach both theoretical concepts and practical life skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
