We are currently looking for a passionate and creative Home Economics and Pre-Vocational Studies (PVS) Educator to join our dynamic teaching team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping young minds by delivering inspiring lessons that build practical life skills, foster creativity, and support holistic child development within a nurturing Christian environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-energy, exciting lessons that capture students' interest and foster a positive learning environment.
- Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with educational standards.
- Utilize audio-visual aids and modern technology to enhance classroom instruction and facilitate active learning.
- Present comprehensive and professional lessons that cater to diverse student learning styles.
- Evaluate learners' progress continuously, deliver constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Manage the classroom effectively while demonstrating patience, creativity, and adaptability.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Home Economics or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certification such as PGDE or TRCN registration.
- Strong working knowledge of both the Nigerian and British primary curricula.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy and educational technology integration.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
