Lington & Bernie Consulting Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our client's sales function, drive revenue growth, and shape winning sales strategies. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the sales department, mentoring and managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring that all sales activities are closely aligned with the organization's broader business goals. You will play a critical role in identifying new market opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving consistent revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Set sales targets, budgets, and forecasts, and ensure accountability across the team
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Implement effective sales training and development programs for team members
- Negotiate high-value contracts and close major deals as required
- Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in sales or sales development, with proven leadership experience
- Preferred industry background in Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Banking, Luxury Products, Real Estate, or FMCG
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Age range: 40-50 years
- Open to both male and female candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage
