We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Projects to spearhead our construction and infrastructure initiatives. In this pivotal leadership role, you will champion operational excellence by translating ambitious concepts into physical realities, ensuring that every project reflects our unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and stakeholder value.
Key Responsibilities- Overseeing end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple construction sites.
- Leading, inspiring, and mentoring project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to peak performance.
- Driving comprehensive design reviews, rigorous quality assurance, and strict compliance with local building and safety standards.
- Managing complex project budgets, aggressive timelines, third-party contractors, and high-level stakeholder relationships.
- Identifying operational risks, improving construction processes, and exploring innovative project opportunities for sustainable growth.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a relevant construction discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant post-NYSC professional experience in construction management or project leadership.
- A proven, verifiable track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and strictly within budget.
- Strong leadership, advanced project management, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or a relevant master's degree will be considered a distinct added advantage.
