About the Role
Compovine Technologies is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing department and drive business growth from our Lokoja, Kogi office. In this vital leadership role, you will helm our marketing initiatives, shaping strategies that elevate our brand presence and connect effectively with our target audiences across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Developing strategic marketing campaigns to help achieve overarching business results and revenue goals.
- Ensuring that plans and messaging align seamlessly with business strategy, reinforcing brand positioning across target markets.
- Designing and delivering scalable marketing programs that provide value-added content suited to clients' and prospects' needs.
- Supporting integrated marketing and communications across internal, external, PR, digital, social, and web channels.
- Acting as a brand champion both internally and externally, ensuring full compliance with brand guidelines.
- Collaborating across teams to develop key messages, thought leadership, market reports, surveys, and client success stories.
- Working with diverse stakeholders to define success criteria, measure campaign effectiveness, and report on results.
- Managing marketing timelines efficiently while keeping up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.
- Possess a minimum of an HND, BA, or BSc qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrate 5 to 15 years of proven professional experience in marketing, with a strong track record in leadership roles.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian tech and business landscape, digital marketing, and traditional communications.
