We are currently seeking a qualified, innovative, and result-oriented Female Guidance Counsellor to join our esteemed team and contribute to the holistic development of our learners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students addressing academic, emotional, and social needs.
- Design and implement comprehensive guidance and counselling programmes that promote holistic student development.
- Collaborate with teachers, school management, and parents to support student welfare and monitor academic progress.
- Equip students with strong 21st-century skills including critical thinking, collaboration, and effective communication.
- Maintain confidential student records and provide crisis intervention support when necessary.
- First Degree in Guidance and Counselling, Psychology, or a related relevant field.
- Relevant professional qualification in Guidance and Counselling.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience as a Guidance Counsellor within the education sector.
- Applicants must reside within Lagos Island, Ikoyi, Obalende, Lekki, Orchid, Chevron, or the Ajah axis.
- Strong technology proficiency and a demonstrated passion for student emotional support.
