About the Role
Artee Group is one of Nigeria’s leading retail conglomerates, renowned for iconic brands like SPAR, Babyshop, and Lifestyle. We are currently seeking a meticulous and results-driven GRN Officer to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless supply chain execution, accurate goods receiving, and efficient inventory management while upholding our high standards of service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Receive goods ordered from warehouses or supplied by vendors in strict accordance with laid-down company procedures.
- Ensure absolute accuracy in the quality, quantity, specifications, and condition of all materials received.
- Process, cost, track, scan, and register Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and Purchase Return Notes (PRNs).
- Update and maintain the GRN tracker on Google Drive and manage tally sheet verifications and trackers.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate store associates to ensure efficient workflow, conducting daily team briefings.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and conducting regular stock checks to minimize discrepancies.
- Handle invoice scanning, internal copy printing, and sticker printing tasks efficiently.
- Support visual merchandising standards, promotional displays, and overall store operational support tasks.
- Proven experience as a GRN Officer, Inventory Officer, or in a similar retail operations role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, document transmittal requirements, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and dependability with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
