We are currently seeking a creative and skilled Motion Graphics and 2D Animation Designer to join our vibrant team in Lagos. In this role, you will leverage your visual storytelling expertise to transform complex ideas and static designs into engaging, high-impact motion graphics and 2D animations that captivate audiences and drive meaningful engagement across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design and produce visually compelling 2D animations, motion graphics, and promotional videos for various campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging social media content and explainer videos.
- Transform brand concepts, ideas, and static designs into dynamic visual assets that align with corporate identity guidelines.
- Edit and enhance video footage, integrating sound design, voiceovers, and visual effects seamlessly.
- Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously from initial storyboard concept to final delivery while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software developments, and design techniques to continuously improve output quality.
- Proven professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, 2D Animator, or similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion design, visual storytelling, and 2D animation techniques.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of timing, composition, and color theory.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and take constructive feedback positively.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
