Known for backing high-growth, early-stage businesses, we are currently seeking a talented Graphics Designer to elevate our visual brand identity. In this role, you will create visually appealing, engaging, and brand-consistent designs that support our marketing, communication, product promotion, and business development objectives across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Design creative assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and presentations.
- Develop high-quality promotional materials including flyers, banners, brochures, posters, and infographics.
- Ensure strict consistency in the use of brand colors, typography, logos, and imagery across all channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to support customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
- Stay updated on graphic design trends, digital marketing practices, and emerging creative technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or relevant diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a tech, fintech, or digital marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity, visual storytelling, layout design, and brand consistency.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW, with working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and print production requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
