Key Responsibilities- Participate actively in the 18-month structured career development programme across Foundry, Machining, Fabrication, Engineering Design, and 3D Printing.
- Collaborate with senior engineers in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of plant machinery and production processes.
- Utilize CAD software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD to create detailed engineering designs and 3D models.
- Conduct research-based scenarios to solve complex technical challenges, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Undergo rigorous continuous assessments and contribute innovative ideas to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- B.Sc, B.Eng, or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical/Materials Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Maximum age of 27 years old.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Mandatory proficiency in CAD tools including SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD.
- Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving abilities, and computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite.
