Ltd., a leading manufacturing company established in 1998, is seeking a motivated, disciplined, and career-driven graduate to join our dynamic team as a Graduate Trainee – Production Supervisor in Onitsha, Anambra State. The successful candidate will undergo intensive practical training and gain hands-on experience in production operations, workforce supervision, planning, quality control, and safety compliance within our fast-paced plastic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities- Assist in supervising daily production activities, shift handovers, and personnel deployment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and operational targets.
- Track workers' punctuality, productivity, and compliance with company safety policies.
- Identify and report production abnormalities, machine downtime, and material wastage.
- Collaborate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing waste and boosting efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Industrial Production, Manufacturing, Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Completed NYSC discharge certificate is strictly required.
- 0 to 2 years of work experience, preferably within a factory or manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership, team-coordination, and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to prepare operational reports.
- Willingness to reside and work in Onitsha, Anambra State.
