About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Assist senior academic staff in the delivery of undergraduate lectures, tutorials, and practical studio sessions in Quantity Surveying.
- Participate actively in departmental research projects, data collection, and academic publications.
- Assist in the invigilation of examinations, grading of tests, and maintaining accurate academic records for students.
- Provide academic support, guidance, and mentorship to undergraduate students under the supervision of faculty members.
- Perform administrative and departmental duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Possession of a good honours Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying with at least a Second-Class Upper Division (or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated strong evidence of academic potential, intellectual curiosity, and a keen interest in empirical research.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter is mandatory for Nigerian applicants.
