Key Responsibilities- Assist senior academic staff in the delivery of undergraduate lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions in Human Nutrition.
- Participate actively in departmental research projects, data collection, and academic publications.
- Mark undergraduate assignments, quizzes, and examination scripts under the supervision of course coordinators.
- Provide academic support and mentorship to undergraduate students within the department.
- Perform administrative and departmental duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Pursue higher academic qualifications (Master's and Ph.D.) as required for career progression within the university system.
- Possession of a good honours Bachelor’s degree, with at least a Second-Class Upper Division (or equivalent), in Human Nutrition or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated evidence of strong academic potential, intellectual curiosity, and a keen interest in nutritional research.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple academic and administrative tasks efficiently.
- ICT proficiency and familiarity with modern research and data analysis tools.
