Key Responsibilities- Assist departmental faculty members in the delivery of undergraduate lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions.
- Participate actively in ongoing departmental research projects and contribute to academic publications.
- Help design, develop, and evaluate innovative educational technology tools and instructional materials.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and examinations under the supervision of senior academic staff.
- Provide academic support and mentoring to undergraduate students within the department.
- Perform administrative duties and other departmental tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Possession of a good honours Bachelor's degree with at least a Second-Class Upper Division (or equivalent) in Educational Technology or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated evidence of strong academic potential and a keen interest in pedagogical research.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing modern digital learning tools and educational software.
- Willingness to enroll in and successfully complete a postgraduate degree program (Master's/PhD) in line with university policies.
