Key Responsibilities- Assist senior academic staff in the delivery of undergraduate lectures, tutorials, and seminars.
- Participate actively in departmental research projects and contribute to academic publications.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and examinations under the supervision of course coordinators.
- Provide academic support and mentorship to undergraduate students within the department.
- Perform administrative duties and departmental tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Pursue higher postgraduate studies (Master's and Ph.D.) in Educational Foundations as required for career progression.
- Possession of a good honours Bachelor’s degree with at least a Second-Class Upper Division (or equivalent) in Educational Foundations or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated evidence of strong academic potential and a keen interest in educational research.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
