Key Responsibilities- Assist senior academic staff in undergraduate teaching, tutorials, and practical sessions.
- Participate actively in departmental research projects relating to demography and social statistics.
- Assist in the administration of examinations, grading, and student academic evaluations.
- Pursue higher degree studies (Master's and Ph.D.) as required by the university's career progression policy.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Possess a good honours Bachelor's degree with at least a Second-Class Upper Division in Demography, Social Statistics, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated evidence of strong academic potential, intellectual curiosity, and a keen research interest.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative research skills.
