Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the Primary 4 curriculum and diverse learning styles.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress and personal development, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to enhance school programs and participate in extracurricular activities.
- Uphold the school's high standards of moral character, integrity, and discipline at all times.
- Minimum of a NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Proven teaching experience, specifically handling primary school students at the Grade 4 level.
