Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, curriculum-compliant Government lessons to secondary school students using modern teaching aids and ICT resources.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that align with academic standards.
- Monitor, evaluate, and track student academic progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, professional development workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Possess a B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Political Science, Education, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Valid Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with the British Curriculum will be an added advantage.
- Possession of IGCSE certification is a strong advantage for relevant subject-teaching roles.
- Possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a strong passion for student development.
