About the Role
Iteka Integrated Services Limited (IISL) is a leading global provider of integrated solutions across the Energy, ICT, Financial, and Real Estate sectors. We are currently expanding our leadership team and looking for an experienced General Manager - EPCIC to direct our major project operations in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic vision to ensure our complex energy and infrastructure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and oversee all EPCIC operations, ensuring project execution aligns with company policies, safety standards, budget constraints, and delivery timelines.
- Manage resource allocation, operational planning, and expenditure approvals within designated financial and administrative limits.
- Lead personnel deployment, subcontractor selection, and vendor management to optimize project performance and talent utilization.
- Identify and escalate major commercial, contractual, financial, and operational risks to senior management alongside mitigation strategies.
- Represent IISL in high-level client engagements, regulatory discussions, and strategic partnership negotiations across the Nigerian energy market.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or project leadership role within EPC, EPCIC, oil and gas, or energy sectors.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, COREN, or equivalent globally recognized credentials.
- Demonstrated expertise in multidisciplinary EPCIC lifecycle management, contract negotiation, cost control, and HSE compliance.
- Strong command of Nigerian and international oil and gas industry standards, regulations, and stakeholder landscapes.
