About the Role
Eagle Eye Access to Healthcare Foundation is a dedicated non-governmental and non-profit organization committed to making quality healthcare accessible to all, with a special focus on the less privileged across Africa. We are currently seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager to lead our administrative and operational functions, ensuring our mission-driven programs effectively reach those who need them most.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations, administrative functions, and overall organizational workflow.
- Provide strong executive leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Coordinate healthcare service delivery programs and strategic community outreach initiatives across target regions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, partnerships, and communication channels to enhance the foundation's public profile and impact.
- Develop and implement operational policies, organizational procedures, and strategic growth plans in alignment with the board's vision.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field (Master's degree is a strong advantage).
- Proven professional experience in a senior management or general management role, preferably within the NGO or non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully managing teams and coordinating complex operations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
