Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies, growth plans, and operational policies aligned with company objectives across all divisions.
- Oversee daily business operations across all branches, ensuring seamless service delivery, high quality standards, and effective multi-location coordination.
- Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, revenue generation, cash flow, and cost optimization initiatives across all business units.
- Provide exceptional departmental leadership by supervising heads of departments, setting rigorous KPIs, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Drive business development and market expansion by identifying high-value opportunities and building strategic partnerships in luxury autos, real estate, and hospitality.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance, industry standards, and comprehensive operational risk management protocols.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification is a strong advantage.
- 15 to 20 years of cognate experience in general management, business operations, or strategic leadership overseeing diverse business units.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing operations within the luxury automobile sector, covering vehicle sales, servicing, and client relations.
- Exceptional financial acumen with deep knowledge of budgeting, strategic planning, and business development.
- Proven ability to lead senior management teams, coordinate multi-site operations, and inspire cross-functional performance.
