About the Role
Devien Consult, a leading Human Resources Consulting firm specializing in talent management and structure setup for SMEs and startups, is currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client in the real estate sector. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to spearhead daily operations, coordinate departmental activities, implement robust business strategies, and drive overall revenue growth and operational excellence in Utako, Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations and ensure the effective implementation of strategic company objectives.
- Coordinate departmental heads, monitor key performance indicators, and drive accountability across the organization.
- Identify lucrative business development opportunities to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Monitor operational expenses, optimize resource utilization, and ensure strict compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor staff to cultivate a high-performance, collaborative workplace culture.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and deliver strategic recommendations directly to the Managing Director.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in senior management, operational leadership, or a similar executive role.
- Prior working knowledge or background in real estate, property development, or construction is a strong advantage.
- Possession of an MBA or relevant professional certifications will be considered an added advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and commercial financial management.
