About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to provide visionary leadership and operational direction for our expanding plastic manufacturing business in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overall strategic direction for the company's manufacturing and commercial operations to support revenue growth and profitability.
- Oversee production, sales, procurement, finance, logistics, quality control, and maintenance functions.
- Drive production efficiency, optimal capacity utilization, cost control, and waste reduction across the facility.
- Develop and manage annual operating plans, budgets, and departmental key performance indicators.
- Strengthen supply chain, raw material inventory, and vendor management processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory, environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team to achieve organizational goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- 8 to 12 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial background in manufacturing operations and executive management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a manufacturing business or large-scale production facility.
- Strong expertise in manufacturing processes, financial acumen, cost optimization, and supply chain management.
- Prior experience in the plastic manufacturing industry will be a distinct advantage.
