About the Role
Radisson Hotel Group is searching for a visionary and dynamic General Manager to lead our vibrant team at the prestigious Radisson Collection Hotel & Conference Centre in Abuja, Nigeria. In this executive leadership role, you will champion our renowned Yes I Can! service culture, acting as the primary brand ambassador while delivering extraordinary, memorable experiences for our guests and inspiring our diverse workforce to achieve operational and financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Take full ownership of the hotel P&L, driving revenue generation, maximizing commercial results, and overseeing all daily operations.
- Plan, supervise, and mentor an extensive and diverse workforce to ensure a smooth, profitable, and cohesive business operation.
- Act as the vital bridge between corporate strategies, central management, and property owners, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Collaborate closely with Heads of Department to identify business opportunities, enhance brand reputation, and ensure strict adherence to safety legislation and budget parameters.
- Maintain uncompromising brand standards while consistently exceeding guest expectations and anticipating evolving market needs.
- Proven senior experience in hotel management, resort operations, or a related executive hospitality field.
- Demonstrated expertise in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and sales within the Nigerian hospitality market.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, complex problem-solving abilities, and a profound passion for the hospitality industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with a positive leadership mindset.
