About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Gardener to join our dedicated facilities team and help maintain the aesthetic and safety of our campus grounds.
Key Responsibilities- Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns and turf areas regularly to maintain a healthy appearance.
- Plant, prune, and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and other campus vegetation.
- Operate and maintain standard gardening tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor plant health, identifying and treating weeds, pests, and plant diseases promptly.
- Clear pathways, walkways, and outdoor spaces of debris, fallen leaves, and litter.
- Assist with landscape design projects and seasonal planting initiatives.
- Ensure all outdoor areas comply with school safety and environmental standards.
- Proven relevant experience in professional gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping.
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic knowledge of plant care, soil health, and safe chemical handling is an advantage.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
