Key Responsibilities- Oversee administration and asset management to ensure operational efficiency across retail locations.
- Drive customer service excellence and maintain high levels of shopper satisfaction.
- Manage on-site personnel and foster a productive, high-performing team environment.
- Execute sales strategies, manage point-of-purchase displays, and coordinate impactful promotional activities.
- Maintain optimal shelf health, product availability, and compliance with brand standards in modern trade environments.
- Minimum of an HND qualification in a relevant discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a Modern Trade supervisory role within supermarkets, hypermarkets, or large-format retail stores.
- Must currently reside in Lagos, Ibadan, or Benin City.
- Strong foundational knowledge of marketing principles and customer service best practices.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills.
