Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records of all promotional activities and customer interactions
- Monitor and maintain shelf health, ensuring optimal product placement, visibility, and stock availability
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate key features and benefits to customers
- Execute brand promotion strategies to drive product awareness and sales across assigned retail locations
- Support the client's growth objectives through professional representation and consistent brand advocacy
- Minimum OND qualification or equivalent
- 3-6 months proven experience in Modern Trade Merchandising (supermarkets, hypermarkets, department stores, or large-format retail environments)
- Must reside in Kano or Abuja
- Professional appearance with excellent grooming standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team
