Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging Further Mathematics lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Create and implement effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Assess student progress through continuous evaluation and examinations
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and academic development
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and school initiatives
- Participate in school management activities and contribute to institutional growth
- Mentor and guide students to achieve academic excellence and mathematical proficiency
- Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.ED or BS.Ed) in Mathematics or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in school teaching and management
- Strong subject matter expertise in Further Mathematics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and student development
