Key Responsibilities- Deliver meaningful financial insights that help leaders understand performance, identify trends, and make better business decisions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities across Africa to drive our corporate growth ambitions.
- Create clear, accurate, and timely reporting that brings key financial metrics and performance drivers to life.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand results, challenge assumptions, and support strategic initiatives.
- Develop robust financial models providing valuable insights into revenue, costs, margins, and profitability trends.
- Improve financial data integrity while championing reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline, alongside an active ACA qualification.
- Demonstrated professional experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or business analysis within a structured corporate environment.
- Strong capabilities in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
