Lock and Sum Consulting is excited to partner with CNC, a premier fine dining Afro-fusion restaurant launching in Jos, as they seek a dynamic and passionate Food Truck Operator to join their founding team. You will play a vital role in extending our client's unique dining experience beyond the traditional restaurant walls, delivering top-tier customer service and exceptional street-level culinary execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the mobile food truck, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
- Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality Afro-fusion dishes in accordance with the restaurant's premium culinary standards.
- Provide warm, professional, and engaging customer service to all patrons, taking orders and handling payments accurately.
- Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices complying with local health regulations at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, reporting shortages and restocking as needed.
- Assist with setting up and packing down the mobile unit, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and securely stored.
- Proven experience working in a commercial kitchen, restaurant, or mobile food service environment.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications in hospitality, food science, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong passion for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic mobile workspace.
- Valid driver's license and experience driving or managing large commercial vehicles is a strong advantage.
