As a Food Dispatcher, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, managing food orders, coordinating with kitchen and delivery teams, and ensuring customers receive their meals promptly and in perfect condition. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly impact customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, process, and prioritize food orders from various channels
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to monitor preparation timelines
- Manage delivery logistics and track order status in real-time
- Communicate with delivery personnel and customers regarding order updates
- Maintain accurate records of orders and ensure quality control
- Resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns promptly
- Optimize dispatch efficiency across multiple branch locations
