About the Role
Landmark Africa is growing, and we are looking for a talented and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos. Since 1997, Landmark has provided world-class serviced offices, real estate development, and lifestyle services to over 5,000 organizations, creating seamless operational platforms across the continent.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets to ensure high standards of quality and service.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost controls to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
- Train, mentor, and supervise F&B staff to deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
- Develop innovative menu concepts, promotional events, and strategies to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all dining areas.
- Applicants must reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Proven professional experience in food and beverage management within hospitality, leisure, or similar environments.
- Prior experience or familiarity with the real estate or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
