About the Role
Uni-Medical Healthcare Ltd Nigeria, a trusted subsidiary of Unigloves Singapore, is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Fleet and Facility Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing our company's transportation, vehicle fleet, logistics, and facility operations to ensure optimal efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will play a key part in supporting our business activities across all company locations in Nigeria, driving cost control, preventive maintenance, and seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations and deployment of the company's vehicle fleet to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Coordinate scheduled vehicle maintenance, repairs, and statutory compliance including insurance, licensing, and roadworthiness.
- Monitor fuel consumption, manage transport logistics, and implement cost-control measures.
- Supervise drivers, oversee vendor and contractor relationships, and ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Maintain facility safety standards, manage routine building maintenance, and coordinate workspace logistics.
- Generate comprehensive reports on fleet performance, maintenance costs, and operational logistics.
- Possess 3 to 5 years of proven experience in fleet management, logistics, facility operations, or transportation.
- Relevant professional certifications in Fleet or Facilities Management will be considered a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in vehicle maintenance coordination, vendor negotiations, and cost management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with high personal integrity.
