About the Role
Ecofitnesshub Limited is a fast-growing, premier fitness center established in 2021 with vibrant branches across Nigeria's major cities, Lagos and Abuja. Driven by our vision to expand across all 36 states and globally, we offer bespoke fitness services anchored by hand-picked, best-in-class professionals. From high-energy aerobics and HIIT to yoga, dance, and recreational sports like football and lawn tennis, our trainers lead over 16 exciting classes every week. We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Fitness Trainer to join our energetic team and help clients achieve their ultimate wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough fitness assessments to evaluate clients' physical conditions, specific goals, and limitations.
- Design, implement, and monitor personalized and group training programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Anchor over 16 diverse weekly fitness classes, including Aerobics, HIIT, Cardio, Yoga, and Dance.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safe, correct usage of all gym equipment.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building strong member relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and emergency response standards on the gym floor.
- Keep accurate administrative records of client progress, attendance, and program schedules.
- Collaborate closely with front desk and management teams to support revenue targets and gym operations.
- Proven experience as a Fitness Trainer, Gym Instructor, or Personal Coach in a professional fitness facility.
- Relevant certifications in fitness training, aerobics, yoga, personal training, or sports science.
- First aid and CPR certification will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards within a fitness environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
