About the Role
Rukky’s Fish Hub is a fast-growing catfish farm dedicated to high-quality fish production and sustainable aquaculture practices. We are currently looking for a hardworking, honest, and reliable Fish Farm Attendant to join our dedicated team and contribute to our daily agricultural operations in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities- Feed fish consistently according to the established farm schedule and monitor feeding patterns.
- Monitor overall fish health and promptly report any unusual behavioral signs or health issues.
- Clean and maintain ponds, tanks, and all associated farm equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Participate actively in grading, sorting, harvesting, smoking, and stocking of fish.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized overall farm environment.
- Carry out additional general farm duties and assignments as directed by farm management.
- No formal education degree is strictly required for this position.
- Must be physically fit, energetic, and fully willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Demonstrated honesty, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow detailed instructions carefully.
- Punctual, reliable, and deeply committed to meeting the demands of agricultural work.
