Key Responsibilities- Participate in comprehensive training modules covering core banking systems, software development, data science, and IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge digital financial products and services.
- Analyze complex data sets to generate actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading existing technology platforms to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions during digital transformation projects and hackathons.
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited tertiary institution with a minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) division.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or related STEM disciplines.
