Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging, comprehensive Fine Arts lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
- Instruct students in various artistic techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and art history.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and creative classroom environment that encourages student expression and experimentation.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their artistic development.
- Organize school art exhibitions, displays, and cultural events to showcase student portfolios and achievements.
- Maintain art studio equipment and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during practical sessions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputable educational institution.
- Strong knowledge of diverse art mediums, techniques, and art history.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about mentoring students and fostering a love for the creative arts.
- Professional teaching certification is an added advantage.
