Key Responsibilities- Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various platforms with high accuracy.
- Assist customers with digital trade enquiries, account issues, and transaction-related requests.
- Process trade orders, verify transaction details, and maintain precise digital records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation of all digital trade activities and prepare periodic operational reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to the organization's financial and compliance policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure maximum client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with onboarding customers onto digital services and platforms seamlessly.
- Minimum of an OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating digital platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital financial transactions is an added advantage.
