We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Financial Accounting Teacher to join our dynamic academic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping students' financial literacy and ensuring they achieve outstanding success in their senior secondary examinations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive Financial Accounting lessons to Senior Secondary School students in alignment with the national curriculum.
- Prepare students thoroughly for external examinations including UTME, WAEC, and NECO with a strong focus on academic excellence.
- Design, administer, and grade tests, quizzes, and assignments to effectively monitor and evaluate student progress.
- Provide individualized support and mentorship to students who require additional guidance in mastering complex accounting principles.
- Maintain accurate academic records and participate actively in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student performance.
- Collaborate with fellow department members to develop innovative teaching materials and enhance the overall curriculum.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Accounting, Finance, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience teaching Financial Accounting at the senior secondary school level.
- Deep understanding of WAEC, NECO, and UTME syllabi and examination standards.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in integrating modern educational technology into everyday classroom teaching.
- Professional teaching certification (such as TRCN) will be considered a strong advantage.
