This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic management team combining diverse industry expertise and extensive operational experience. You will play a critical role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and maintain accurate, up-to-date accounting records
- Process payments, receipts, and conduct bank reconciliations with precision
- Monitor budgets, cash flow analysis, and statutory remittances
- Support internal and external audit activities and investigations
- Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support management decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACA, ACCA) preferred
- 3–5 years of proven experience in finance and accounting roles
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting
- Proficiency in accounting systems and tax compliance
- Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy
