Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with regulatory standards.
- Manage comprehensive bank reconciliations and maintain meticulously accurate financial records.
- Support budgeting, strategic forecasting, and ongoing cost-control initiatives.
- Monitor cash flow actively and assist with treasury and banking operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian tax laws, statutory obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits while maintaining robust and effective financial controls.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and management reports to support executive business decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in finance or accounting.
- Prior experience within the Nigerian banking or financial services sector is a strong added advantage.
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or a recognized equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern enterprise accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
