About the Role
Smart Partners is seeking a dedicated and analytical Finance Officer to support our growing financial operations. In this role, you will ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, proper cash management, and strict compliance with financial procedures, playing a vital part in our company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities- Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions and accounting records.
- Perform comprehensive daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare periodic financial and management reports for stakeholders.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and internal or external audit processes.
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of proven relevant experience in corporate accounting or finance operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern accounting software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional accounting certification (such as ACA or ACCA) will be an added advantage.
