About the Role
Konga Online Shopping Limited is looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and experienced Finance Executive to support our growing financial operations in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining financial integrity, optimizing budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, statements of affairs, and support annual financial statements.
- Assist with budget preparation, implementation, monitoring, and variance analysis to recommend cost-saving improvements.
- Oversee approved payments, financial postings, vendor invoices, and accurate payroll processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate remittance of PAYE, pension contributions, and other statutory deductions in Nigeria.
- Review bank reconciliations, monitor cash flows, and resolve financial discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain fixed asset records, reconcile vendor accounts, and manage prepayment and accrual schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- Final level certification in ICAN, ACCA, or an equivalent professional body (fully qualified candidates have an advantage).
- Proven work experience in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory remittances.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or OMS.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office productivity tools.
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, uncompromising integrity, and excellent time-management abilities.
