We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Finance Director to lead our financial operations, optimize capital structure, and drive overall business profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management for the Group
- Oversee accounting, consolidated financial reporting under IFRS and statutory audits
- Manage treasury, banking relationships, funding and working capital effectively
- Ensure full compliance with tax and regulatory requirements including VAT, withholding tax, PAYE, and pension obligations
- Strengthen internal controls, cost control, inventory valuation and enterprise risk management
- Analyse performance by business unit and advise the GMD and Board on strategic investment decisions
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ICAN, ACCA, CPA, or CFA
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive finance experience within manufacturing, FMCG, retail, oil and gas, energy, or fintech sectors
- Proven experience in multi-entity financial management, inventory, and cost accounting
- Deep knowledge of IFRS standards and Nigerian tax and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial-modelling skills
