We are recruiting a Finance Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions that drive our business operations across multiple regions. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data management and contribute to strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Monitor budget performance and variance analysis
- Support financial forecasting and planning activities
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Collaborate with regional teams on financial matters
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Provide financial insights to support business strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role (minimum 2+ years)
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis and Excel
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Experience in Oil & Gas or related industries is advantageous
