We are currently seeking a dynamic and observant Field Verification Officer to join our growing team in Rivers State.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct physical visits to verify merchant and customer business locations within the designated area.
- Confirm the authenticity of business operations and validate the accuracy of information provided during loan applications.
- Investigate discrepancies, document findings thoroughly, and submit accurate daily verification reports.
- Support efficient loan processing by ensuring all assigned verifications are completed within strict timelines.
- Escalate suspicious findings or potential fraud risks immediately to internal teams for further review.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc degree in a relevant field.
- Must currently reside in Ahoada LGA, Rivers State, with deep familiarity with the local terrain.
- 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience in field verification, debt recovery, or direct sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and keen observation skills.
- Ability to strictly follow operational guidelines and deliver accurate reports under minimal supervision.
