About the Role

We are urgently seeking a competent, organized, and results-driven Factory Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, maintain accurate records, and support customer-related sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate production records, comprehensive reports, and documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on daily production activities to ensure operational efficiency and timely output.
- Coordinate production processes seamlessly and track progress against established performance targets.
- Follow up with customers regarding sales-related activities, pending orders, and general enquiries.
- Liaise closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows and optimal customer service delivery.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or relevant academic qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven, relevant work experience in a production or supervisory role.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and meticulous record-keeping skills.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor production activities and enforce strict accountability.
- Excellent communication, customer relationship management, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern record management systems.
