We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Facility Manager to join our vibrant team in Owerri. In this vital role, you will ensure our restaurant premises operate seamlessly, providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both our esteemed guests and hardworking staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the restaurant building, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and routine inspections for utilities and kitchen equipment.
- Monitor facility operations proactively to identify and resolve maintenance issues swiftly without disrupting business hours.
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime of critical restaurant infrastructure.
- Supervise janitorial and maintenance personnel to maintain pristine cleanliness across all dining and operational areas.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications in Estate Management, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in facility management, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or retail sector.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
