About the Role
Hotel Capitol is a premier modern and contemporary three-star hotel located strategically in the heart of Omole Phase 1, Lagos. With 28 tastefully furnished rooms and luxury suites, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience characterized by luxury and comfort. We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Experienced Hotel Housekeeper to join our dynamic hospitality team and ensure our property remains spotless and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Change bed linens, make beds promptly, and restock room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and stationery.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards, ensuring spotless bathrooms and pristine living spaces in line with hotel policies.
- Respond politely and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and special housekeeping needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification; additional hospitality training is an advantage.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in Nigeria.
- Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of safe handling for cleaning chemicals and equipment is a strong plus.
- Residency or close proximity to work locations along the Ogba, Agege, Ikeja, Ojodu Berger, Akute, or Ketu axis.
