Key Responsibilities- Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to teachers, students, and support staff.
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the British and Nigerian curricula.
- Monitor teaching standards, conduct classroom observations, and provide constructive feedback for professional growth.
- Manage student discipline, pastoral care, and overall welfare to ensure a safe and inclusive school culture.
- Facilitate effective communication and positive relationships between the school, parents, and the wider community.
- Coordinate school events, examinations, and extracurricular activities that promote student creativity and social skills.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Educational Management or any related discipline.
- Proven and verifiable experience working as a Head Teacher or in a senior school leadership role.
- Must reside within the Oshodi axis of Lagos State or be willing to commute easily.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of modern pedagogical approaches and child development practices.
